As of this morning, Sunday, August 12th, I have room for 2, maybe 3, players to join the group I am taking to Salish Cliffs GC on Sunday, August 19th. Details are below. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested in coming along.

The first outing to play Salish Cliffs was such a success and so well received that I am organizing a return trip on Sunday, August 19^th. The cost of the package will be only $125.00 per person, which includes your golf, mandatory cart, range balls and competition.

The competition will again be a stableford (points) format. It definitely helped speed up play to be able to put it in your pocket after taking a few tries to whack it out of that fescue grass. Many of us will be smarter the next go around. We will also have closest to the pin prizes on the par three holes.

For those who have not played it, Salish Cliffs is the new golf course which opened last September near Shelton, WA. It is a beautiful golf course you won't want to miss playing. I would call it a thinking mans layout. It is definitely challenging, and can look a bit intimidating in spots, but I felt it was entirely fair, with options to 'play safe' if you desire. The greens are large, with a modest amount of undulation, and they are perhaps the smoothest, truest rolling greens I have played on in many years.

The first tee time is scheduled for 9:00. I have booked tee times to accommodate a group of 24 players, so let me know ASAP by email or phone if you want your name on the list. Also, let me know if you have a pairing request.

Payment can be mailed to the address below, or you can put it in a sealed envelope, with my name on it, and leave it at the Mount Si pro shop. Please be sure to include your name, contact information (phone and email), and GHIN number with payment.
